I took in a family heirloom cross my husband had that his great grandpa wore when stormed the beaches of normandy during WW2. I wanted it fixed for him to wear, as an anniversary gift. The loop that connected the chain to the cross was broken. They fixed it up by putting a new loop and brand new chain. They also steam cleaned it for me. I spoke to Spencer, the store manager, and he was super friendly and helpful. A couple years ago my husband had a great experience at the Kannapolis location with my engagement ring. Amazing local and family owned business--true gem of Cabarrus county!

I took my 30 year old multi diamond cluster ring to be fixed. # stones missing and all the prongs needed adjusting and making sure the other 10 or 12 diamonds were set good. He did a fantastic job fixing, replacing and re-doing the prongs on this beautiful ring and for a very reasonable price and great craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry repairs and the jewelry is the store is absolutely gorgeous. Don't trust anyone else with your valuable treasures. Thank you so much Falls Jewelry and all your staff are wonderful, and very knowledgeable about the business.

I found Falls Jewelers while searching for my wedding band. I had trouble locating the exact style I was looking for so called them after many failed (and somewhat questionable) interactions with other jewelers in the area. I spoke with Chase and he blew me away with his knowledge and customer service. He immediately located the exact setting I was looking for and ordered it with a supplier of theirs, inviting me in to try the setting on with no obligation to purchase and reassuring me that even if this setting does not work, we will find one that does. Absolute amazing customer service and definitely recommend them for an exceptional experience.

Just bought a wedding band from Falls Jewelers. We were greeted quickly by Jane, who let me try on 10+ bands before I picked this one out. She was so nice and kept me informed. They resized it within 2 hours and cleaned my center ring for free. Thank you so much! I couldn’t be happier!

I have been to Falls Jewelers of Kannapolis several times now! Caleb is the only person I'll go to for my jewelry needs. He's helped me pick out and order my boyfriends watch for Christmas, helped me select a new chain for him for our vacation, and is now helping us create a custom necklace made out of a hand picked garnet rock from our anniversary trip. I recommend him and his store to as many people as I can! He also does great deals several times a year. There's never any pressure to buy or move forward with anything you aren't ready for. Easy 5 stars for us !

My husband bought a necklace for me that represents my hometown. It has such close ties to my “Buddy” (grandpa) and makes me feel so much closer to him! Just purchased a new ring for our 50th wedding anniversary and it turned out perfect. The sales lady, Jane, showed me many style options and gave we so great ideas on the new setting. Sam assisted with the selection of a new center stone. He is so very knowledgeable and helped me select the right stone for me ... no pressure. Great locally owned family business. Sam repaired my vintage diamond ring and it looked amazing, better than before! He did a fantastic job and it was ready exactly when promised. I live out-of-town and Sam was passing through and actually saved me an hour's drive and delivered it to me. How wonderful is that! He has my loyalty. Sam crafted a necklace and ring out of my husband's old gold wedding band for my daughter's "something new" for her wedding. They were both absolutely stunning and gave her 2 keepsakes that she will be able to continue to wear and remember her special day. For this, we will always be grateful.

Wow...was my reaction when I saw my wedding ring set of 51 years! They looked brand new like the day I got them. The best experience was the courteous and professional reception I received. It was like going back in time when jewelry stores were not chains and the employees were vested in their product.
