Store Return Policies

In-store and online purchases are accepted for in-store credit or exchange ONLY if the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Special ordered or custom-made jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned either.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds. 
Lab-Grown diamonds trade-ins are subject to changes in market value.
