About Kannapolis Executive Manager, Caleb Falls
Caleb is the youngest son of Sam and Jane and is the store manager of our Falls Jewelers - Kannapolis location. He is also part of the fourth generation of jewelers in the Falls family. As manager, he strives to build his team around excellent customer service and focus on how to serve and communicate with our clients the best way possible. Caleb is our head of marketing and is also one of our top custom experts. His favorite brands that we carry are Lafonn and Royal Jewelry. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about Caleb is that he is a childhood cancer-survivor.
