Return/Exchange Policy

Falls Jewelers deeply values its customers; therefore, we strive to provide you with the utmost satisfaction and confidence in your in-store and online purchase(s) at all times.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-store purchases are accepted for in-store credit or exchange ONLY if the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Please be aware that returned items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special ordered or custom-made jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned either.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online purchases are accepted for in-store credit or exchange ONLY if the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 30 days after it is delivered. Please be aware that returned items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special ordered or custom-made jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned either. 

Before returning your item(s), please contact us at [email protected] or (704)-784-2424 to inform us of the reason for your return.

When returning your item(s), make sure to securely package and fully insure any returns along with all original sales receipts and packaging materials. Return packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. Falls Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage to return shipments.
