Layaways:  Our layaways require a minimal deposit of 10%.  After that, a monthly payment is required.  Layaways will be held for ninety days.  If a layaway goes without payments for a period of 90 days, the item will be returned to stock and any payments will be forfeited.  In the case that an item is no longer wanted, the deposit would be refunded within 30 days with the receipt.  If it is beyond the 30-day period, a store credit will be issued.  There is no fee for our layaways.

Special Orders:  A minimum deposit of 50% is required.  This must be made before ordering.  Special order deposits are not refundable.

Returns:  All items brought back for return must have the sales receipt.  A check will be written only to the purchaser with the sales receipt.  If the item returned has been received as a gift, store credit will be issued.  Store credits do not expire.

Watch Repairs:  All watch repairs, with the exception of warranties, are done by a qualified watchmaker with 30 years experience off site.   Estimates are available at a $5 charge.

Jewelry Repairs:  In most cases, jewelry repairs are done in-house.  We guarantee our work.  Each repair job is different.  We will guarantee area of repair for a period of six months, with the exception of excessive wear and exposure to chlorine.
