Since 1982, Sam Falls has followed his dream of having a full-service jewelry store in downtown Kannapolis. Sam’s father, Don, and his grandfather, Herbert, were also jewelers in Kannapolis. In 1990, after eight years of extensive training in jewelry repair and custom design, Sam and Jane Falls opened their doors in historic Cannon Village, Kannapolis.
In 2008, John Watts added his experience as a bench jeweler to the staff at Falls Jewelers. He has recently become certified in laser welding.
Falls Jewelers also prides themselves on providing the most beautiful and unique jewelry from all over the world. They also travel to Antwerp, Belgium, once a year to hand select diamonds for their inventory while also serving as a broker for their customers.
Whether it’s a simple repair, custom design of a special ring for you, or a beautiful diamond direct from Antwerp, Sam and his staff try very hard to provide the product you want at a great value and the wonderful customer service you deserve.
